if you train 6 times a week, like doing bicep curls, sit ups and running it should take about 2-3 months, depending on how much protein you eat, and how fat you are at the moment. The less fat you have on you, the quicker the 6 pack will show, because everyone has a 6 pack, its just covered by fat. Get rid of the fat, and bam! you can see your 6 pack lol :)
