probably around 3 weeks. Good luck!
more than 1 On average a Costco bagel has 9 points if you are doing Weight Watchers.
I went through that experience myself, and I needed to reevaluate my habits. After that, I was okay.
according to the little weight watcher calculator. If I am doing everything right 1 serving of malt o meal is 3 points.
Your weight loss depends on how you are focused or discipline about your weight loss and what methods you are using if you are just doing a workout you will lose 1 pound a week and that results are very boring. Here are my exact methods How I lose 90 lbs in just 2 weeks know more: linktr .ee/San14
well you have to do this test in order to calculate the right amount for you -- If you are a... male - add 8 pts female - add 2 pts How old are you: 17-26 - add 4 pts 27-37 - add 3 pts 38-47 - add 2 pts 48-58 - add 1 pt over 58 - add 0 pts Using the first two digits of your weight: Example: If you are 240, add 24 points. If you spend most of your day: sitting down - add 0 pts occasionaly sitting but mostly standing - add 1 pt walking most of the time - add 2 pts doing physical work most of the time - add 3 pts Add them all up & that is your daily allowance! :)

No, it wouldn't be healthy. The most you are supposed to lose in 2 weeks is about 5 pounds, give or take a couple. When I first started doing weight watchers, I was hungry all the time for the first week, and I only lost 2.5 pounds (the 2nd week I was not as hungry, and I lost the same). It also depends on your body and what you are doing for exercise. I exercise a lot and the 3rd week I did weight watchers, I gained 2 pounds, and then the 4th week I lost them again. Sometimes weight will fluctuate like that when you diet & exercise, so it's not going to just come off the way that you want it to. My goal is also to lose 15 pounds...I've been doing weight watchers and exercising regularly for about 6 weeks, and I've lost 7.5 pounds total. Having a weight loss goal is great, but make sure to give yourself a realistic timeline or you might give up too quickly.
Yes!!! there is no reason you can not lose the weight if you buckle down follow your diet and exercise 30 min a day...

You're not going to lose 3 pounds of fat running/jogging/walking/cycling 3 miles. You may however sweat out 3 pounds of water weight which will simply be regained after hydrating yourself.
You can't expect automatic results, but you'll be able to record Points Values on exercising just like with food.
Doing various types of squats, walking, and riding a bike
I think so trustworthy weight loss programs are Weight Watchers and Nutrisystem. But if you don't like doing those type of things, go with what you know works and stick to it.
I would use weight watchers. It's completely safe.
JimBob was doing weight watchers and Michelle says she is a lifelong member. I saw Jana at the meeting as well but I would assume she just went to be supportive since she is a healthy weight.

Some people think walking to lose weight does not work but it really does many people lose weight and to see if you are most people weigh themself. Try walking and doing the same length of time and then weigh yourself once you have done so. Do this and keep a sequence.
