Well I have proved that it only stays for 72 hours, but drug tests rarely check for hydrophone (vicodin metabolite) so you will be OK unless they do an advanced test.
2 pills= 4 hours..
im currently taking 2 every 4 hrs around the clock since my shoulder surgery. after around 3 hrs u start to feel it wear off.
they hit quick and hard tho.. i have mild hallucinations/nightmares frequently
