About 1,000,000,000 seconds I say it would take longer becasue it would take longer than 1 second to say eg. one million six hundred and twenty four thousand nine hundred and sixty five. So if you timed that for each number it would take a long time. Answer: Although lower numbers (1, 2, 3 etc.) can be said in a second or less, larger numbers like 999,999,999 take up to 5 seconds to say. Assuming that an average value would be 4 seconds the time required would be 4 billion seconds if you didn't stop or rest. This is the same as 127 years.
