If it were physically possible (which it isn't) it might take about 450 days or so to make such a journey.
If you had a road that went all the way around the world without any thing in the way it would take 400 hours none stop. If you drove 600 miles a day it would take 40 days.
While it may not be physically possible to drive one continuous road around the world, it is possible to "drive" around the world - using ferries and other ships to move your vehicle. Several groups have "driven around the world" with different times, paths, and obviously goals.
If you Google "Driving Around The World" you can find examples of such trips.
You can drive around the world in few months. But it is more realistic to spend at least a year.
