several months.Do it like this: Do not eat protein and carbohydrate together at all. leave 4 hours between them. meat and potatoes NO, meat and veg YES. eat much less meat. eat more veg- MAKE it taste nice. avoid bread. avoid sugar. eat fruit. eat seeds. avoid flour and anything that it is in. that means cake and biscuits. Dont GO on a diet, HAVE a diet! Never combine milk and meat.
