How long would it take you to start losing weight if you used to drink one liter of soda a day and now you only drink water and you started exercising for 30 minutes a day and eating less? |

You should see a decrease in weight almost immediately. From what you have described, I would guess you would lose around 1kg (2lb) per week.

that all depends on the person. everyone is different so it would be difficult 2 say, you probably wont notice it yourself, you may only realise it when others do and mention it. it also depends on how much you eat and of what you eat, what type of excercises etc.
