You can think of it two ways: 1) One milligram equals one thousandth of a gram. 2) 1000 milligrams equals one gram. The first one can be written 1 mg = 0.001 g, and the second one can be written 1000 mg = 1 g. So, 25 mg = 0.025 g. In other words, you'd need forty 25-mg pills to equal one gram of benadryl.

depends what effects you're looking for.....are you looking to clear your Allergies? or to get high? if you wanna clear your allergies, just stick to the table on the back of the bottle, if you're looking to get high, well, start with 5 or 6, wait an hour, and go up by one, i advise NOT to take more than 10-12, one time i took 20 of them, i couldn't move my body, and everything appeared to have smoke coming from it,...it was NOT a pleasant trip.

....Ive maxed out at 22 when i was in my benadryl phase , after a while its like a u fall asleep, wake up cant sleep but fall asleeep, its great and terrible , i still personaly do 1-2k Mg for kicks
