as far as i know; this is based on the latest stats which is a year old (or maybe 2 years)
population in UAE is around 7,000,000 ppl
almost 10% are locals (more close to 9%)
22% are Arabs from other countries
almost 60% are Asian (Indians , Pakistanis, Filipinos )
the rest is ppl from other countries (UK, US and other nationalities not mentioned above)
Dubai holds 3 million ppl, a little more than 120k of them are locals. I'm not sure how many of the rest are Arabs from other countries but my own estimation is less than 500k
again these stats might be outdated but to the best of my knowledge there is no official announcement of the population more recent
