This question can be answered in several ways.
If you mean "How many people believe the same way as Jehovah's Witnesses?" then answer would be more than 7,000,000.
Now, if mean "How many believe in the God of The Bible" which in the King James Version identifies him as Jehovah in Exodus 6:3; Psalm 83:18; Isaiah 12:2 & 26:4, then you would have to include all who identify themselves as Christians, Jews, or Muslim, and possibly others. In this case it would be between 2,000,000,000 and 4,000,000,000.
However, of these, many do not accept "Jehovah" as being his Name, but do accept other forms such as Yahweh or such. Some do not even accept that, but still say they believe in the God of the Bible.
So here it would depend upon exactly what one means by "believe in." This question is not as simple as it looks at first glance.
