How many Vietnam war veterans are still living in Vietnam?

Of course, many, many of them. In fact, the last World War I soldier only died a few months ago.

Although about 50,000 soldiers died in the war, the others came home. Many of the younger ones were born after 1950, making them part of the baby boomer generation, which is still going strong.

Over 2 1/2 million men served in country; over 3 million total served in SE Asia. Minus the 58,000 dead, and attrition over the past 40 years, would be the remaining veterans. The VA website has an approximate list showing numbers.
