Of course you can eat as many as you want. But keep in mind that as fruit they are the denser fruits and are considered 'solid' food.
When thinking of fruit as healthy for the body, generally it is the water dense fruits like watermelons, cantalopes, even strawberries that benefit the flow of the body because of their water content. That keeps the body systems, primarily the stomach related areas, moving along very nicely.
But health wise one-banana-a-day is sufficient to the body, in that one-a-day provides what is needed to strengthen the heart muscle. And in that way bananas, because of their potassium, are healthy for the body.
But don't get in the mind set that they are so good for the heart that you eat them all them time. Because for the rest of the body they are too dense of a food and don't contribute to the body beyond the needed potassium for the heart - which equals one banana a day. Otherwise you may be surprised to discover yourself putting on weight when you think you are eating a healthy food and so how can that happen?
Fruit acts as an eliminator to the body and is a very natural way of the body's function in eliminating it's toxins. But, again, that refers to fruits that are water dense, not just solid food - like bananas.
In answer to your question, and I am someone who is medically knowledgeable, eat one a day. Like slicing a banana on your cereal in the morning or having one as a snack during the day - and that will support your body very well.
Not too many. Even though they are yummy and contain vitamins and minerals they are relatively high in both calories and carbohydrates.
Bananas are 22.8% carbohydrate. But 2.6% of that is fiber. So, during induction you could (but shouldn't) eat 100 g of banana per day. There will be about 20g of carbs in 100 grams of banana.
You should only eat 2 bananas per day.
Unless you crave or want more, then eat as many as you want.
At least three very good for you. Very good
