At moderate activity levels about 1200 are needed.

For lumberjacks and bicycle racers - well their needs can exceed 5000 to 6000 per day.

But you asked for "good"

You need about an ounce and a half of protein per day

and a tiny amount of fat

The rest is all interchangeable - you use it for the energy of living - and all the excess turns into fat.
