Depends on how hard you're working, but not many in only 15 minutes. Maybe 150 or so.

However, you do not state if you are running or walking on a treadmill. For information about walking on a treadmill to lose weight, and how to do it correctly, see the page link, further down this page, listed under Related Questions.

Depends on plenty of things:

- age

- gender

- weight

- fitness level

- how hard you're pushing

- what the ride is like

Me, I'd burn something like 180-250 cals in 15 miles, going pretty hard. Someone riding more casually might do about half. A professional athlete might a bit more.

The amount of calories you burn would depend on your weight, height, your pace, degree of fitness, incline, and many other factors. To get an approximate count, I recommend searching up calculators that allow you to enter in your weight, height and your pace (miles per hour). Although it is not guaranteed to be accurate, the calculators are usually very close.

Depends on a lot of things, your age, your gender, your fitness level, how hard you ride to start with.

I get about 200-250 cals/15 minutes, but I'm an experienced rider and I ride fairly hard. 100-150 cals/15 minutes or even less is probably more normal.

How many calories burned while riding on the back of a motorcycle?

Zero. With the exception of sweating, all you're doing in sitting on your rear. This is wrong. If you ever rode a motorcycle you would know how tired you are after a long ride. You are always moving, watching and shifting your weight and your bike. I am not sure of the calories burned but have heard between 25 and 36 calories burned for 15 minutes of riding or 102 calories burned for an hour of riding.

How much cardio do you have to do to lose 150 calories?

Depends on what you do, and how hard you go at it. For me, it'd be 10-15 minutes of hard bicycle riding. If youi're thinking about weight loss, 150 cals is basically too little to be noticeable.
