Buy a heart rate monitor and wear it while you do 100 jumping jacks. This would be different for everyone due to height/weight/gender differences.

you might ask someone but you could really loose weight

It depends how hard you work doing 100. Like if your going really slow maybe 75 calories. If you do it all at once fast you should burn at least 100-125. Hope this helps!
