You actually burn 50 calories doing 100 crunches, so 200 would burn 100 calories

If you are staring out you should do 50 crunches in a day (2 sets 25) for 3-4 days a week.

And when this becomes easy for you then you do 100 a day (2 sets of 50)

And if you want to do more you are glade too.

But most people do around 100-200 a day. I myself do 200 (2 sets of 100)

Well I would take out the squats because squats are not good for fat thighs. Doing crunches and sit ups will loose weight a lot faster.
