I am a 15 year old girl and i have been doing gymnastics for 6 years... i have allot of muscle and i weigh 132 pounds... i burn 688 calories a day and i work out 4 hours a day 3 to 4 days a week... in that week i burn about 2064 calories. so your answer is ALOT! and i recommend it to anyone who whats to get fit or loos weight.

anywhere from 1,200 to 4,000 calories. Nastia liukin eats about 1,200 a day. But young growing gymnasts need more. half of your calories should come from carbohydrates and a quarter shoud be protein

well, im 13 in 5'6 and plays tennis everyday for hours. so i need to constantly eat kinds of meat and fish to keep healthy. For her age, i think she should eat somewhere between 2,000-2,600 calories a day. eat healthy foods. also, if you area dehydrated, make sure to drink COLD water. If you want feel full and not wanting to eat junk food, drink at least half a bottle of WARM or room temperature water. It makes you feel full. Just make sure to feel healthy. If you look all skin and bones, i would see a doctor about that. Hope this helps :)

it depends how fit you are, how professionally you do it, how hard you work and how good and fit you are, but generally around 230 kcals :) xox
