It depends, are you a woman? No. How active are you? Not active. What is your body fat level? No idea. More muscle and activity requires more calories. Are you trying to lose gain or stay the same weight? stay the same Assuming stay the same PROBABLY around 1900.

Take your ideal weight ie 125 multiply it by 10 and that is the number of calories you should be eating each day, 1250 calories per day. That's pretty low so you should shoot for 1500 calories and burn 250 calories with excersize.

A woman should never take in less than 1200 calories a day. Doing so risks doing permanent damage to your heart.

To lose weight it's not just your intake that matters, it's how much you spend. To lose 2 lbs in a week, you need to take in 1000 calories less than you burn. This can be by eating 500 less than what your body normally uses and by burning 500 calories during exercise.

A 140 lb, 5'2" woman burns about 1800 calories a day Aim for 1300 in your food and do an hour's hard work out daily. A mellow source of caffeine such as green tea also helps by boosting your metabolic rate, but again, overdoing it can risk heart damage and headaches.

If the person has maintained that weight for while then they can find out by keeping track of how many calories they eat each day for a week or so. Then they can find the average to get a ballpark of how many calories they they should eat to stay at 140.
