Skip Bo is a card game. It is based on the entire stock/cards are played out, and each person is given twenty cards. There are two to four players in each round, and sometimes people play in partnership.
There are a few similarities, but they are not very much alike. In Skip-Bo, you are trying to get rid of your cards by counting from one to twelve in order, having four lay-down stacks, instead of one. In Uno, you are trying to get rid of all your cards on one stack by putting down similar cards (same color or number).

"Shinsetsu Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo" is not a time skip of the original "Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo" series. It is more of a sequel that continues the story from where the original series left off. It follows the same characters and general premise, rather than introducing a significant time skip like in "Naruto Shippuden" or "One Piece."
