There is only 1 coil pack - which is said to be an assembly of 3 pairs of coils.
When replacing, it's only a single unit though. Speaking of replacing, the coil pack is typically held down with 4 small (8mm?) bolts. The trick is going to be keeping the wires in the correct order!
TIP: Transfer the wires to the new coil one at a time! TIP #2: use a bit of di-electric grease on the plug wire boot - improves connection, water-proofing of the connection and makes future work easier.

I have a 97 cavalier with a 95 engine and i had to replace the whole ignition module and the coil packs are 1/4 and 2/3 that's how they are numbered on the coil packs so 2 coil packs but make sure you know which one isn't firing to replace them and u will have to replace you spark plugs after that.
If your engine has coil packs it will have one for each cyclinder. There are still a few engines that use just one coil but most use coil packs these days.

The 2000 Blazer with the 4.3 engine has one coil.
The 5.4L has 8 coil packs one on each spark plug. The 4.6L has only 2 coil block packs.
A 2001 Chrysler Town and Country has one coil pack.
