How many countries speak Spanish which are they and which are their capitals?

Most countries have an "official national language." Out of all countries and their "official national languages," 21 of them have Spanish as it. The countries by continent are as follow (in parenthesis their capitals)

Europe

1. Spain (Madrid)

Africa

2. Equatorial Guinea (Malabo) in West Africa

North and Central America

3. Costa Rica (San José)

4. Cuba (Havana)

5. Dominican Republic (Santo Domingo)

6. El Salvador (San Salvador)

7. Guatemala (Guatemala City)

8. Honduras (Tegucigalpa)

9. Nicaragua (Managua)

10. Panama (Panama City)

11. Puerto Rico (San Juan)

South America

12. Argentina (Buenos Aires)

13. Bolivia (La Paz)

14. Chile (Santiago)

15. Colombia (Bogotá)

16. Ecuador (Quito)

17. Paraguay (Asunción)

18. Peru (Lima)

19. Uruguay (Montevideo)

20. Venezuela (Caracas).

Thus, it is mainly in these countries that Spanish is spoken.

Spanish is spoken by a minority in the following countries. In parenthesis the main language.

Andorra (Catalan*)

Philippines mexico

*While the official language is Catalan, almost the whole population in Andorra speaks Spanish.
