In general a bachelors degree can run anywhere from 124 to 128 credits. However, there are some programs of study that may require more. For example, Architecture at most schools is a five year program of study rather than four years.

Community colleges offer an associates degree for registered nurses. The associates degree is typically a two year program of study. However, because of the prerequisites needed, it is a two year program once the student enters the first professional phase course. From that point it will take two years. How long it takes to reach that first professional phase course is up to the student. I know its a little confusing. Still, read the following very carefully. I am speaking to you as one who deals with college degrees being in the field of higher education for many years and I see what happens, especially with nursing.
There are many individuals who apply for nursing. In comparison to the number who start, we have few that actually graduate. If you look at the curriculum, you will see that in many cases they combined Nursing I (the first professional phase course) with human anatomy and physiology II. For most people its just to much to handle. We strongly advise that students complete all their science courses before entering the professional phase. When you start your first course in nursing, you want to be able to focus on that, and only that. If you push to hard, you may easily fall back, and never be able to catch up. So, finish anatomy physiology I, human anatomy II, microbiology, chemistry, and any other courses you can, before your start the nursing phase. Nursing as a program of study is very intensive, so you want to approach it in the must appropriate way to give yourself the advantage.
Lastly, to answer your question, the nursing program at the two year level will take approximately 70 to 76 credits. At the bachelors level approximately 124 to 128 credits. Best wishes!!
A bachelor's degree in most areas can require between 120 to 128 college credits particular to a specific program of study. This would be based on a college or university that operates on a regular two semester academic year which is the most common. For institutions that operate on a tri-semester or quarter-semester it would be quite different. That being said, the Bachelor's degree - in most cases - is designed as a four year program of study, provided the student is full-time and follows their chosen program of study as prescribed by the college or university, and also provided the individual does not require prerequisite or developmental coursework as a result of basic skills testing. The minimum credit load for a full-time student is no less than 12 credits per semester. However, to complete the degree within the four years, a credit load of approximately 15 to 18 credits is recommended. For individuals who work or who have other responsibilities that would prohibit them from attending full-time, completion of the degree may take twice as long. Still, some of this time can be cut down by attending summer sessions and/or interim sessions. In addition, the bachelors and associate degrees are referred to as undergraduate degrees while the masters and doctorate degrees referred to as graduate degrees.

A marketing degree generally takes 120 to 160 credit hours - it depends upon the college and the course content. There are colleges which offer a BA/BS in marketing, whereas others have an option of BA/BS in business administration with a concentration in marketing. Have you explored colleges in your area that offer the program you are interested in? It's a good idea to check out the accreditation - employers call non-accredited colleges diploma mills and generally don't accept their degree as being valid. Make sure you read through student reviews - they tell you a lot about the campus life of a college.
