It depends on the specific gravity of the flour. If you can find that out then it's just a multiplication - very simple.

I.e.: the specific gravity of water is 1.0 g/ml

If you have 10 ml of water and you want to know how many grams that is:

10 ml X 1.0 g/ml = 10 g
