7-10 business days is 7 to 10 working days, not including weekends and holidays. The number of calendar days that this equates to depends on how many weekends fall within that period.
For example, if 7 business days are given it would usually equate to 7 days of working days, if there is no holiday in between; it would be completed by the end of 7th day.
Similarly, if 10 business days are given it would usually equate to 10 days of working days, if there is no holiday in between; it would be completed by the end of 10th day.
It's always good to check with the respective organization, as some organizations might have different working days or holidays.
