I looked at how the majority of each county voted in the past five presidential elections. Of Florida's 67 counties,

  • 34 counties voted Republican all five times,
  • 17 counties voted Republican three or four times,
  • 7 counties voted Democratic three or four times, and
  • 9 counties voted Democratic all five times.
