There are two main branches of Christianity: Protestant and Catholic. The Protestant branch has many other branches of its own such as Baptists, Nazarenes, Lutherans, and many others. Any Christian who is not Catholic is Protestant. Satanism is also a branch of Christianity due to the fact one must believe in God and The Bible in order to believe in Satan.

There can really only be ONE Christian religion. Anyone can call themselves 'Christian'; but that doesn't mean that they really are.

Matthew 7:22, 23 shows that while they might call themselves Christian; Jesus says that he never knew them: (New Century Version) "Not all those who say 'You are our Lord' will enter the kingdom of heaven. . . . On the last day many people will say to me, 'Lord, Lord, we spoke for you, and through you we forced out demons and did many miracles.' 23 Then I will tell them clearly, 'Get away from me, you who do evil. I never knew you.'

Also:

True Christianity is NOT DIVIDED as are all the different ones calling themselves such. The Bible clearly states in 1 Cor 1:10 that Christ's disciples not be split into groups, or divided into branches: (NCV) ". . . . that all of you agree with each other and not be split into groups. I beg that you be completely joined together by having the same kind of thinking and the same purpose."

But if you are going to count any group that calls itself Christian; there are many such churches.
