God Only Knows! kidding aside- when I was a kid- the sixties and early seventies- they were not too popular on TV Cartoons. Beany and Cecil was a sort of serio-comic thing about an explorer and his son. Beany wore a funny propeller-topped hat. Cecil- called a Sea-sick sea serpent in the story line- was actually closer to an aquatic dinosaur. the show was produced by a man named Clampett ( not the Beverly Hillbillies family) The Flintstones used Dinosaurs as both beasts of burden- Flintstone"s crane, and as pets ( Dino) pronunced like Mr. Martin, not like ( Dyno). That"s about it. Not too much Dinosaur activity on TV when I was a kid.
