unless you have 3 ratings of 40 30 AND 20 You are stuck at 60% It seems like the VA will give you a lot of 10%'s but will not give you three of 40 30 or 20. After hours of reseach and using their chart. if you get 40 30 10 10 10 10 0 is still goes to 60%
key to get the highest one of your ratings over the 30%
Good luck the VA will keep denying deny deny deny and keep you at the 60% level.
