I am currently taking 150 mg dose of trazodone, and I was suicidal when they prescribed it to me, and my psychiatrist told me I would have to take several months worth like three or four months worth to actually kill myself. So really it is almost impossible to overdose. And from the wording of your question you seem like you might me slightly suicidal. What helped me more that anything is get on zoloft a high dosage and also take abilify. Because I was at the verge of suicide, and it is amazing how fast those two little meds can change so much, so my advice to you would be go to any doctor, because they all can prescribe it and tell them you want zoloft and abilify, it will be the best decision of your life.
