How many electrons does chrominum gain to form an ion?

Chromium lose 6 or 3 electrons.

How many electrons does chromium-63 have?

24, in the neutral atom. I think you mean chromium-53. It doesn't matter - the atomic number (the number of protons in the nuceus determines how many electrons there are in the neutral atom - the mass number ( the total protons and neutrons does not affect the number of electrons)

How many electrons does one atom of chromium have?

How many inner outer valence electrons in Cr atom?

Valence electrons are located in the outermost shell in an atom. Chromium has only one valence electron.

Why is there 118 electrons in the element chromium?

Who told you that chromium had 118 electrons - there are only 24. Check it out with Wikipedia. There you find the element that really has 118 electrons. Happy hunting. (PS - Hint - there is a very close correlation between the number of electrons and the atomic number of the element.)
