Surface area of a sphere = 4*pi*radius2 Area = 4*pi*102 = 400*pi square feet Amount needed in gallons = (400*pi)/400 = pi (3.141592654) Just over 3 gallons will be needed.
I work for Sherwin Williams paints and from what I understand it is our paints that paint The White House. The paint is a special mix. Everyone who comes in contact with the paint has to go through a background check.
It depends on the coverage of the paint which, in turn, depends on the porosity and preparation of the surface being painted.
how many gallons of paint is needed to cover 2,500 square feet, with the paint having 55% solids, and 10% thinner, to have 6 mils dry film thickens at finish
Divide 60 lbs of solvent by 75 gal of paint to find how much solvent per gal of paint, then multiply by 90 to find how much solvent you need for 90 gal of paint: 60 / 75 = .8 lbs solvent per gal of paint; .8 x 90 = 72 lbs of solvent needed for 90 gal of paint.
750 sq ft = 2 g 750/2=375 1000/375=2.666667 you will need 2.67 gallons of paint. Buy 3 gallons & you will have some leftover for touchups.
it depends on the type of paint. Most interior housepaint will cover 280-300 square feet.

A square unit is equal to 100 square feet so 2200 square units equals 220,000 square feet. One gallon of paint will cover approximately 400 square feet which means 550 gallons of paint are needed. If you plan on a double coat 1,100 gallons are needed. It will take 550-1,100 1 gallon cans of paint to cover 2,200 square units.
Depends on how much paint you want, If you want 11 gallons, three gallons of red are needed. If you have two gallons of white paint, you'll need three quarts of red paint. Take however much you need to do the job, divide that amount by 11, multiply that total by three and that will tell you how much red paint you need.
