Very few. It's mostly flour. Read the packet - it may tell you. Some manufacturers may use more oils than others when making their particular brand.
There are much more carbs. Spinitch pasta is the healthest.
The only fat in pasta is the egg used in making the dough. The rest is fiber, protein, and carbohydrates.
If there's 5 grams of fat their are usually 1.5 grams of saturated fat!! Hope that helps ya :D
