How many grams of saturated fat can you consume in a day and not exceed 10 percent of calories from saturated fat? |
[Edit] |
Well, enough so that the number of calories from saturated fat is less than or equal to 10 percent of your total calories consumed. How many calories are you consuming in day? Take 10 percent of that. That's the high end of the number of calories from saturated fat that you can consume in a day. Divide by the number of calories in a gram of fat (9), and you'll have the number of grams of saturated fat you can consume without execeeding 10 percent.
