around 2 2-3 hour sessions per day roughly 5 times per week. about 20-30 hours a week
thay swim evrey day most times more than onces a day for 2 to 3 hours at a time and that is only time spent in the water there are still sevral hours of cross traning that is done weight lifting and other activatys
