I have driven this several times....it takes approximately 24 hours including stops for fuel, meals etc. It is just over 1100 miles. If you are from Minnesota, be careful not to drive in the left lane on the Pennsylvania Turnpike unless you are passing someone. Mapquest gives the driving time as 18 hours and 19 minutes and the mileage at 1,106.95 miles.

Depends what route you're taking. The route on google maps says it will take you 9 hours and 11 min on a distance of 559 miles.
