Mice normally wait at least two weeks to a month between litters. A mouse can have anywhere from 12 to 24 litters in a single year.
With an average of 12 mice per litter, a single mouse can give birth to around 144 to 288 babies a year!
Rabbits can have one litter every month, so they can have as many as twelve. But it's best to give rabbits a rest inbetween.
Actually rabbit's are capable of having 13 litters a year. That's why you must always keep doe's separate. You can keep many doe's together in a huge rabbit pen but you can't put buck rabbits together as they will fight.
Actually - does can also fight if you're not careful. The best chance you have of them not fighting is if you put them together from young. And it also help if they come from the same litter.
Correction- does are more territorial than bucks. They will fight with both sexes, and have been known to even castrate a buck they do not care for. If you have a large communal pen, fighting probably will be in a minimum as each doe will be able to claim her own space. This is assuming that this pen is extremely large - at least 20 x 10 feet and provides digging and hiding areas. If you are keeping them as pets, rabbits must be bonded, and even then they will occasionally fight.
Bucks will usually growl, gnash teeth and spray urine before attempting to fight.
Rabbits can be bred immediately after giving birth, but it will greatly diminish the production rate and health of your doe. Most higher quality rabbitries breed their does every 6-8 weeks in order to keep them in good "working" shape.

Squirrels usually have 2 litters per year of about 1-6 young, though usually 3.
A "prolific sow" is a female pig that bears large litters more than once a year. One guideline is 30+ piglets per year. These sows (many bred or fed specifically for pork production) are becoming a larger part of pork production farms.

Cats can produce two to three litters of kittens per year. The number of kittens per litter varies, but the average survival rate is three kittens per litter. In one year, this means that two cats would produce nine kittens.
Although it is possible for a dog to have two litters a year, this is not adviseable as it puts too much strain on the mother. Dogs should not have more than two or three litters in their lifetime and most major Kennel Clubs will not register puppies from a female that has had more than three litters.
1 or 2 liters a year
About 500,000 litters each month.
