How many minutes it takes to cycle the equivalent of a mile on a stationary bike or bike trainer?

Answer:
That comparison is totally pointless, as the riding speed IRL is entirely dependent on the circumstances. Uphill/downhill, headwind/tailwind, terrain/road etc etc...
Making an incredibly arbitrary assumption there are plenty of riders who can do 20 MPH, so riding 1 mile would take 3 minutes for a reasonably fit rider, on a road, under fairly benign conditions.
