I did a whole lot of search on this. there have been so many wars in this world that the deaths of all wars has not been added. Guess what? After doing such search, your question is still unanswered.

I came across sites that meassured the atheist regimes wich killed much more than all iquisitons in 300 years. I also came across sites wich numbered the deaths of specific wars, but never one adding all together.

This is a task wich will take a lot of research and a final number will never be the exact figure.

And then you have do decide if "collarteral damage" to civilians gets counted.
