Well it doesnt really matter how much people, if u report a video then facebook will just look at that video and if its an inappropriate video then that person who had that video , might lose their account.
Yes & No. If u add someone u dont know then of course its going to be dangerous but if u just add people u know and trust then it should be fine. Just dont give away ur password to any1.
