∙ 15y agoAlmost all people use Microsoft products on Macintosh. Mostly for Microsoft Office which allows the same familiarity and interoperability between Mac and PC. Most people neglect the preloaded Appleworks. Statistically the number one selling Mac program is Microsoft Office, as well Microsoft branded peripherals are the number one selling brand of Mac accessories/software.

The actual number is 3%-6% depending on where you hear it from. The biggest problem with macs would be the hardware, since its over twice as expensive to buy a mac with comparable stats to a pc.
