I work for a hospital with staffing of over 12,000 in Western Massachusetts. If you manage staff of >3 people you could be an Office Supervisor with salary. If you coordinate work for people above you, a Coordinator is higher pay than Administrative Assistant, or Secretary and all 3 are hourly. If you work for a VP, you could be an executive assistant.
