I will answer your question the best I can, Being an American whose traveled there three times now. Firstly, it would be very hard to say exactly how many percentagewise over the whole of the country. When I was in Butuan city, right next to Mindanao. I only saw few Muslims. Though Mindanao is supposed to have a high percentage of them. There's only a small number of mosques compared to Christian churches. When we traveled I saw nearly every person in the train do the cross symbol on their chest when we passed the church. I was there for a total of over three months and actually only met one Muslim. Though it's possible there's a high number of Muslim believers there, perhaps in other regions, I really didn't see many. Or- they were following along with the Christians activities and gestures. If you want exact numbers, try looking up the census data. Though, it may be misleading. Good luck, I hope that helps a little.
