That depends on when the board game was produced. Any board game that came out during the height of Beatlemania, in mint condition, probably has collector value. More recent board games (Trivial Pursuit, Monopoly, etc.) will probably NOT increase in face value for many years.
Hasbro has released many, many versions of Trivial Pursuit over the years. Some were year-themed, such as 1960s, 1980s, 1990s, and 1992 and 1993 Year in Review. Some are entertainment themed, such as TV, Game Show, Warner Brothers, Flicks, Rock & Pop, Country Music, and Sports. Some are tied to specific entertainment franchises, like Disney, Disney Family, Star Wars, and The Lord of the Rings. Some other topics are Biographies, Baby Boomer, and War & Victory.
