One obvious answer would be "as much as you can." This, of course, means that you should always be improving.

My son is 5'11" and weighs 210 pounds, he's 17 years old, been lifting 5 days a week for a year. He squats 600 lbs, benches 350 lbs and dead lifts 450 lbs.
