Full Sheet cake 16" x 24" = 96 servings if cut 2" x 2"

OR 64 servings if cut 2' x3"

Technically, A full sheet cake serves 96 people. Therefore, a quarter sheet cake would feed about 24 people. However, the beautiful thing about cake is a math equation cannot necessarily apply. It completely depends on what kind of people you are feeding. Maybe you are feeding a group of sumo wrestlers, in which case the cake would feed two. If you are feeding a group of women watching their weight, you could probably feed 1,000. It all depends on what your focus group is. So If I were thinking about buying a cake, I would buy more than I think I would need just to be safe!

Depends on the size of the cake. I think 11x14 sheet cake would do nicely for 60 people if you keep the pieces on the small side.
