Example: 0.5mg of klonopin is equal to 30mg of Valium. And 120mg of Valium equals 2mg of alprazolam! Ambien is a hypnotic which is similar to benzodiapenes with the same side effects. In one report a patient took 400 Ambien pills and didn't die! The only way to die from benzodiapenes is to take a very large amount along with a very large amount of alcohol. And of course there's always the warnings of cold turkey. If you take large amounts of other medicines for a while and cold turkey it could kill you, but no one was died from a benzodiapene alone for any reason whatsoever whether it be overdose, cold turkey, etc. With benzodiapenes it's all just very uncomfortable. If you're an addict to anything and want to stop it's best to cut down little by little and it may take some time. Many broken promises can happen and loss of trust too. It can take a while and the addict may keep trying and promise and break them on numerous occasions for a long time but things always turn out good in the end if you really try!!
