hello i am a sony psp fan and sony probly sells heaps of psp`s escally with all the new things coming out for them i have a psp myself and i had to get it serviced 7 time because every time i got a new one it was faulty and there customer service is crap they dont give a dam about there customers all they want to do is sell theor prodicts and make money because every time i talk to customer service they make up all this crap and lie to you like this one time i was getting it serviced i call and the guy said you will get a new psp but not a charger so he said for me to keep my charger than i rang the next day and another guy answerd and i spoke to him and he said i will get a new one then i asked if i get a new chager aswell and he said yes so they both said different things they are liers and a scam
