The Liverpool manager Rafael Benetiz has changed his starting line up in 99 consecutive games. During 2006/07 season, he made an average of 3.19 changes per game.

This is not, however, a unique record as these are identical statistics to the Manchester United manager, Sir Alex Ferguson, who fielded his 99th consecutively changed team in the FA Cup clash on 3-Jan-2010. If he makes changes for the 6-Jan clash against local rivals Man City in the League Cup, Ferguson will take the 'Tinkerman' title for his own.

There's no fun in playing it safe. Why not try something a little unhinged?
