∙ 13y agoWalt Disney only filed for bankruptcy once, although Walt Disney Productions (and its predecessor, Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio) came dangerously close several times. The Laugh-O-Gram Studio, founded by Disney in 1922, went bankrupt in 1923.
