In the King James version

in the books Exodus, Leviticus and Numbers

the word - obedience - does not appear at all.

the word - obey - appears 4 times in Exodus, and not in the others

# Exo 5:2 And Pharaoh said, Who is the LORD, that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not the LORD, neither will I let Israel go. # Exo 19:5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: # Exo 23:21 Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him. # Exo 23:22 But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries.

the word - obedient - appears once each in Exodus and Numbers but not in Leviticus.

# Exo 24:7 And he took the book of the covenant, and read in the audience of the people: and they said, All that the LORD hath said will we do, and be obedient. # Num 27:20 And thou shalt put some of thine honour upon him, that all the congregation of the children of Israel may be obedient.

No other form of the word appears in the books mentioned.
